Convo with Mathur Bhai & Geeta Ben from Dhabda village, Dahod, Gujarat

In this segment of "Sustainable Change at the bottom of Pyramid" we bring to you some very powerful stories of simple and hardworking people at the bottom of the pyramid. Sharing the fifth video of the series in association with "CInI- Collective for Integrated Livelihoods Initiative" who have been successfully running the "Lakhpati Kisan" program within tribal communities of India. Today, we are talking to Mathur bhai and Geeta ben from Dhabda Village, Dahod district in Gujarat. Mathur bhai and Geeta ben were earning around INR 15,000 in around 2015 and have grown it to INR 180,000 now after joining the program. CInI and Sadguru foundation helped them in getting outside exposure for farming with newer technics. Because of that they are now able to grow crops in 3 seasons instead of just 1 season. Mathur bhai also earns through poultry farming and is the 1st farmer to get support to open a poultry farm
